Assure Creative LLC provides social media marketing and advertising services. No digital products are included in our current offerings.

We invoice clients and/or provide payment links for one-time and recurring billing arrangements, depending on the service agreement. Nonpayment may result in suspension of access to services until the account is brought current.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

To cancel or terminate services, you must provide 30 days' written notice via email or text. Services and billing will continue until the notice period has elapsed.

All content, materials, strategies, and deliverables created by Assure Creative LLC remain the property of Assure Creative LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables for their own business purposes. Copying, reselling, or redistributing our materials or deliverables without written permission is prohibited.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm any person through use of our services
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Misrepresent your identity or authority in connection with our services

We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to leads, sales, engagement, or revenue. Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Assure Creative LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at our discretion, including for nonpayment or violation of these Terms.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional and marketing SMS messages from Assure Creative LLC. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for support.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
